Can you guess which celebrity was prancing around Santa Monica in these mighty wedge shoes?

No. Not Lady Ga Ga.

It was the lovely Megan Fox who took out her “fashionista” cut out High Heels for a stroll about town.

But while Megan did some high heel walking, a not so impressed meter maid gave Fox a parking ticket.

So. The shoes. Love ‘Em or Hate ‘Em?
